Hello Darlings!  LaDiva, here.  So many people find nutrition boring or a guilt trip from hell.  But I say, take a chill pill, honey.  Ain’t none of us perfect, but let’s take it to the next step toward a healthier you.

Okay, for you picky people, I am a registered dietitian with a Master Degree in food and nutrition and a mission statement Party the Planet to the Next Level of Compassion.

What do you want your food to do for you?

I’m Marty, LaDiva’s slightly bookish BFF. I’m also a Registered Dietitian.

I specialize in eating challenges with teens and kids 0-3. I have worked on research studies focused on weight loss and impact on family dynamic as well as how to reverse type 2 diabetes. Clients reaching their goals is what gets me up in the morning.

We have 2 ears and 1 mouth for a reason. It reminds me to listen first and most, and talk less. Good teachers must be good students first.
